Argentine Peak via Waldorf site
Argentine Peak 13,743'. We'll hike from Waldorf Interpretive site (11,600') to Argentine Pass and then S along ridge to the summit. Good views of Grays & Torreys to the NW and Mt. Blue Sky & Bierstadt to the SE. 6.6 miles 2,100' gain.
Moderate hike due to starting elevation. Windy gear a must.
AWD necessary to travel to Waldorf Site on Waldorf Wagon Road. Mileage RT 80.
