Hiking – Capitol Reef National Park - Golden Throne + Capitol Gorge

**Note this hike is only open to those registered for WSG's Capitol Reef/Torrey multiday hiking event. To register for the 10/9-12 event you are committing to hike at least 10/10 & 10/11 with optional hikes 10/9 & 10/12 travel days: email WSGofCMC@gmail.com**

hike #1= Golden Throne, 4 mi RT, 730' views of capitol Gorge and the Golden Throne

hike #2= same TH, different trail thru Capitol Gorge, 2 mi RT, 80' gain, deep canyon, historic inscriptions, short optional climb to waterpocket "tanks".

*participants can sign themselves up without my permission if you are on the event roster, if you are not on the event roster, you'll be hearing from me!

This is our travel day, I'm thinking 12pm at the park visitor center to carpool to TH but time is flexible depending on when interested participants will be arriving. Email me with time you'll be arriving to the area.
