This hike is part of a Cedar Mesa multiday hiking event from the Western Slope Group which is waitlisted. We are only taking participants on the event roster for this hike, so unfortunately it is not open to non-event participants.

Planned hike:  Bullet Canyon/Grand Gulch/Sheikh canyon with car shuttle, 12 miles/1400', (uphill return) difficult with some scrambling, $5 permit required.  NOTE: the hike up Sheiks has a dryfall with some unavoidable scrambling.  The best descriptions I've found are on Road Trip Ryan ( https://www.roadtripryan.com/go/t/utah/cedar-mesa/bullet-canyon and https://www.roadtripryan.com/go/t/utah/cedar-mesa/sheiks-canyon ).

We may do the shorter out/back hike and are looking for additional coleader/leader for that, please note when you register if you can help colead and if you'd prefer a shorter version of this hike.
