This trip starts with an off-trail climb up to McGregor Mountain with a small scramble at the top. Then off trail down to Black Canyon trail, down trail for a bit then off-trail to McGregor Falls. Finally on trail to the Lumpy Ridge TH

You must email the trip leader to register, you CAN do this before registration opens. This is a challenging trip due to the large amount of off-trail distance. It also involves a small amount of scrambling near the summit. However, participants will be rewarded with views of three sides of McGregor Mountain, views of the park, and a trip off-trail to McGregor Falls.
