We will do an 7 mile approach hike on Friday, Aug 07 to camp at July Campground (10,760’) Group site on the west side of  the Continental Divide. We have a camping permit for 4 people.

Saturday am we will carry our overnight gear to stash at Andrew’s Pass. Then we will climb Taylor Peak and Powell Peak. After summiting the two peaks, we will likely descend via Andrew’s Glacier and pack out from Glacier Gorge.

Estes Park

We will spend Thursday evening, Aug 06 in Estes Park, and then leave before 4am to get a parking spot at Bear Lake.
