Scramble – Pentingell Peak via East Ridge
Easy Class 2+/3 Scramble along the East Ridge up to Pettingell Peak. We'll meet at the Herman Gulch TH, take the standard trail just short of the lake, gain the ridge, and continue along to the summit. We will plan to descend via the standard route (South Slopes).

This ridge climb can be maintained at Class 2, but we will explore options for Class 3 scrambling along the way. Helmets are required once we leave the trail to gain the ridge, until we reach the summit and start our descent via the standard route.
Meet at the Herman Gulch TH ready to depart at 6 am. We can coordinate a carpool from the Wooly Mammoth PnR prior to the trip.
