Crack Canyon is one of the many slot canyons in the Muddy Creek Wilderness Area. The hike can be accessed by the Behind the Reef Road. The canyon has three sections of narrows that can be completed by experienced hikers and is sometimes combined with Chute Canyon to form a loop. Spring and Fall are ideal times to hike these canyons. Always be aware of the extreme flash flood potential.
