A very popular destination near Fort Collins, the trailhead starts off of Poudre Canyon road next to the river.

Alternate title data:

Aiguille du Greyrock - 7 miles, 1800 ft elevation gain, Class 4 scrambling 

The approach to the Aiguille from the Greyrock Mountain Trailhead is at first on trail to Greyrock Meadow, then off trail to the base of the summit block.  The short scramble up the summit block is Class 4.  The small summit offers great views of Greyrock Mountain and peaks in all directions.

The alternate approach to the Aiguille du Greyrock from the Hewlett Gulch trailhead starts on trail for 1.5 miles, then goes off trail up and around to the Northeast side of the summit block. A short 4th class scramble gets you to the summit with great 360° views.
