Horsethief Trail Area (UT)

A BLM area dedicated to mountain biking and hiking, on the road out toward Dead Horse Point State Park.

The Horsethief Trail area is a high-desert recreation hub managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) located off Utah State Route 313 on the way to Dead Horse Point State Park and Canyonlands National Park, roughly 12 miles northwest of Moab.

It is widely known for scenic beginner-to-intermediate singletrack mountain biking, hiking, and its adjacent primitive campground.  See trail information at Utah Mountain Biking.
