Mt. Margaret Trail
The is an easy trail (#979) near Red Feather Lakes on mostly old logging roads through meadows, ponderosa pines, and granite outcroppings with views of the surrounding Red Feather Lakes area.
The trail stops short of the summit, but it's an easy scramble to the top. Along the way it connects with East Dowdy Lake Trail (#973.1) and intersects with Frog Pond Trail (#973) trail.
