Mount McConnel

Mount McConnel is located in the Mummy Range with views of the Poudre Canyon. This is an Easy Class B hike. The summit offers excellent views of the Poudre Canyon and surrounding mountains.

Mount McConnel is ideal for hiking or snowshoeing.  There are multiple routes available from the parking lot to the summit with round trip distances ranging from 4 miles to just over 5 miles in length and elevation gain of 1,400 feet.  

The trailhead is shared with Mountain Park Campground which contains 54 camp sites for those wanting a camping option while exploring these and other nearby trails.
