Mule Creek Trail
The Mule Creek Trail is a 7 mile out-and-back that follows Trout Creek and Mule Creek. The trailhead is located just northwest of Woodland Park. The trail begins off of Forest Service Road 75, to the west of Highway 67.
The singletrack primarily follows the creek as it winds through aspen and pines. Within the first mile, there are several rocky sections where you'll have to watch your footing. The trail then climbs steadily without sustained steep sections; several creek crossings keep the hike interesting.
