Off-trail hikes tagging peaks in the 8000' range north-west of Boulder.
This is primarily an off-trail hike of peaks a short distance north-west of Boulder. The various peaks are outside of Boulder OSMP and are in the 7000-9000' range. Starting from trailheads along dirt or paved roads, follow OHV trails and some off trail to get to summits. Potential summits are Porphyry Mountain, Fairview Peak, Bald Mountain, Nugget Hill.
Fourmile Canyon Creek TH is a good starting point.
