Pueblo Trail System
This paved multi-use, non-motorized trail system provides 30 miles of trail for bicycles and hikers. The main River Trail runs 12 miles from the SCU-Pueblo campus, down Fountain Creek, then up the Arkansas River to the boundary of Lake Pueblo State Park. There it continues with Park trails to the Reservoir. Other trails are available throughout the city.
There are many access points to the trail throughout the city. To suggest a few: New pedestrian bridges connect the trail to the newly remodeled levee trails. It connects with the HARP trails; with City Park; with the River Campus of the Nature and Wildlife Center. Minnequa Lake Park has its own trail.
