RMNP - Fern Lake TH
This TH is located at the end of a gravel road. It provides trail access to Fern Lake, Odessa Lake, Spruce Lake, Bear Lake, and The Pool, a stream confluence. It intersects Cub Lake Trail and so provides access to Cub Lake and to Mill Creek Basin.
Note: RMNP restricts usage, parking, and entry depending on season and trailhead location. You can make a loop and/or a car shuttle with the Cub Lake Trail although part of the finish may be on a gravel road. Groups may need a reservation during the summer plus car entrance reservations.
Note: Fern Lake Trail area experienced fire damage from the 2020 East Troublesome Fire.
