RMNP - Gorge Lakes Rim Traverse
This is a class 3 scramble with exposure, with optional higher class scrambling. a timed entry permit may be required and a national park pass is needed.

Another route is possible but the most common starts at the Mt Ida summit. Our Route & Place recommends leaving Milner Pass on the Ute Trail West turning right at a T-intersection and eventually onto the Mt Ida Trail.
