Sandstone Ranch Open Space
An easy figure eight hike of 5.8 miles with an elevation gain of 500 feet. Sandstone Ranch is south of Denver near Larkspur with great view spots.
The elevation gain is a total of the small ups and downs.
To drive to the TH, take I-25 south past Castle Rock and take exit 173 for Larkspur. Drive south about 6 miles to the large parking lot on your right. While a large lot, it fills up quickly. This is where we will meet to start. Two porta-potties are available.
