Very steep for first mile, to the world's longest continuous dinosaur footprint trackway and beautiful views of Ouray.
The Silvershield Trail #199 begins on Oak Street in Ouray and ends at an intersection with the Twin Peaks Trail #208. This Trailhead accesses some spectacular dinosaur tracks but also ties into a number of other area trails. These are the most immediate ones:
