Snowdon Peak
Part of the San Juan Mountains in the Weminuche Wilderness, about seven miles south of Silverton.
The mountain offers several routes, including the West Ridge, which is a Class 3-4 alpine scramble, and the Northeast Ridge, which is a Class 2+ scramble. The peak offers panoramic views of the surrounding San Juans and Needle Mountains.
