Teller Farm Trailheads

Dramatic mountain views, ponds, meadows and sweeping views looking east to open spaces and farmlands. A pond offering reflections of the surrounding landscape when weather is cooperating.  Walk in either direction and/or add the most northern trail.

The trail is mostly crusher fines and 10' wide. Some parts become very muddy after rainstorms. Prairie dogs often dig holes in middle of the trail. There are 5 gates along the route - the three in the middle are usually open. The self-closing gate at the North Trailhead is 43” wide. The self-closing gate at the South Trailhead is 57” wide, with a tension of 8 lbs to open.

Teller Farm North -- North on the East Boulder - White Rocks Trail - 2.25 miles OB, 170' gain.  No restrooms here. An old bridge crossing over Boulder Creek.  A chance to enter a Habitat Conservation Area that provides refuge for rare plants and animals. 

Teller Farm North -- Teller Lake Trail #5 -- a short (783') spur trail leads to a fishing pier on the lake.
