Amazon Tours provides a broad overview of fulfillment center operations for general audiences. The walking tour will take the group through the operations process of what happens after a customer clicks "Buy" on Amazon.com. The tour is approximately 90 minutes long. On the tour, you will walk approximately 1 mile and climb up and down multiple flights of stairs. You may park in any available space in our parking lot. Please use the main building entrance and wait for your tour leader in the lobby. There is a drop-off area in the third aisle of the parking lot.
Registration for the RMOTHG event will close on August 9th, 2026. At that time, an email will be sent to all registered participants with additional information on how to register at Amazon, which is required. This Amazon registration needs to be completed by August 12th, or you will not be admitted to the facility.
Below are a few guidelines to help create the best tour experience for your group:
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. Upon your arrival, your tour leader will ask for a government issued photo ID for all adults in your party. Please ensure that guest information submitted during sign-up matches the guest ID. Minors will not need to show ID. Guests under the age of 6 will not be permitted on tour.
- Cell phones are permitted on tour. Cellphones must be kept in a pocket during the tour. Photos can only be taken in the lobby or designated photo spots as indicated by your tour leader.
- While on tour, all filming or photography of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of smart devices, wearable technology, or augmented-reality glasses (such as Meta Glasses).
- Guests must wear flat, closed-toed, and closed-heel shoes. Sandals, clogs, Crocs, high heels, or other unstable footwear are not permitted. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes or sneakers. Additionally, long hair must be pulled above the shoulders, and long-hanging jewelry, scarves, and ties are not permitted.
- Guests may bring their wallet, keys, and transparent water bottle on the tour. We ask that you keep purses, bags, and backpacks at home or in a vehicle, unless medically necessary. If you cannot leave these behind, our team will provide a safe location for you to leave these items for the duration of your visit. Outside food and drink will not be permitted.
