Come meet new members and gather with old friends. The picnic will start at 11 and we will eat at 12. RMOTHG will provide bagged sack lunches which will include a selection of sandwiches, a bag of chips and a cookie. Watermelon will also be available.
If you would like a veggie sandwich, you must email Linda Dermyer (dermyerl@gmail.com) by May 29 to let her know so we can order the appropriate number of veggie sandwiches.
You will need to bring a chair (we do have picnic tables so not absolutely necessary) and your own beverage. Please note that the Park requires all beverages be in NON- GLASS containers. If you want to bring alcohol the percentage of alcohol in the drink must be below 6%.
There will be a bike ride and hikes prior to the picnic. You must sign up for these trips separately from the picnic. Watch the RMOTHG calendar for these trips.
There will be a parking charge of $5.00 per car which you will pay as you enter the park - be sure to say you are with the RMOTHG group and ask for the senior rate.
An email will be sent to all those signed up for the picnic the week before detailing parking directions and the picnic shelter site.
Cost is $10.00 per person for the picnic.
Registration deadline is Friday, May 29th.
