Advanced Snowshoe – East Portal Trailhead
We'll do an all encompassing winter trip including advanced snowshoeing, playing in the snow, building a kitchen, melting snow and cook. Just like visiting Norway but saving the airfare.

Bring snowshoes, seat pads or sleeping pads, a stove (with accessories as fuel bottle with fuel/fuel canister, lighters(!), snow melting pot, utensils), some food to cook, snow shovel and a big bag of enthusiasm.
Bring warm clothes, occasionally we will just standing around.
Be ready for cold air, some wind.
Hiking pole is recommended but not required. Bring avalanche probe and snow saw if you have one.
