Scholarships & Financial Assistance

Below are details about grant and scholarship opportunities through the CMC, including deadlines and applications.

The CMC Leadership Scholarship is a statewide program to invest in our volunteer trip leaders, school instructors, and school directors. Our volunteers share their time, expertise, and passion with our members. The Leadership Scholarship supports their efforts by providing scholarships for trainings that further their education and skill development. Learn more and apply under Leader Resources.

The Eckart Roder Education Fund supports continued education and service at the Colorado Mountain Club through small grants. Any CMC member (or aspiring member) may apply for funding to pursue outdoor adventures with an emphasis on mountain safety, responsibility and/or courtesy. Click on the link to learn more and apply.
