Scholarships & Financial Assistance
LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP:
The CMC Leadership Scholarship is a statewide program to invest in our volunteer trip leaders, school instructors, and school directors. Our volunteers share their time, expertise, and passion with our members. The Leadership Scholarship supports their efforts by providing scholarships for trainings that further their education and skill development. Learn more and apply under Leader Resources.
ECKART RODER EDUCATION FUND:
The Eckart Roder Education Fund supports continued education and service at the Colorado Mountain Club through small grants. Any CMC member (or aspiring member) may apply for funding to pursue outdoor adventures with an emphasis on mountain safety, responsibility and/or courtesy. Click on the link to learn more and apply.
YOUTH PROGRAMS - ADVENTURE CAMPS:
CMC Youth Programs believe in outdoor education for all Colorado youth. Financial assistance is designed to make our programming more accessible to families. Applications are prioritized based on need, merit, and availability of funds.

Colorado Mountain Club may request proof of previous year’s annual income in the form of a tax return and/or current pay stub.
