Ascending Hikes – 4th of July TH to Diamond Lake

An end-of-season get-together with Wayne Howell and Abbie Gentry. This is a moderate hike to Diamond Lake and Upper Diamond Lake from the 4th of July Trailhead in Indian Peaks Wilderness. There is time for a get-together afterwards.

Come and celebrate a great Ascending Hikes Season.  We will have a nice hike to Upper and Lower Diamond Lakes, and afterwards have some social time.

Meet at the parking lot at the southwest corner of Golden Gate Road and Co 93 at  5:45 am for a 6:00 am departure (early start because the trailhead can fill early). There are restrooms at the trailhead, so no rest stop will be made.

Alternatively,  meet at the Nederland HS Parking Lot.
