Ascending Hikes – Alpine Fit- Phillip Miller
The mountains are calling! Let's train to be ready. We will be doing laps on the blue loop including the 200 step challenge hill. Up the challenge hill walking and jogging at a slow pace (10+ minutes per mile) the rest of the loop. My target will be 4 loops but you can do less or more if you like.
