Missing Activity Template – Chicago Lakes

Chicago Lakes are nestled in a valley surrounded by three 13ers in the Mt Blue Sky Wilderness. This is a beautiful hike that also provides some challenges with some areas of rough trail and an uphill section at the end.

We will hike from Echo Lake to Upper Chicago Lake.  We are not planning to head all the way up to Summit Lake.  

This hike is an Ascending Hike and is designed for those who want to build hiking skills, endurance, and pace.  Please note the 1.5 mph pace, and if you must hike faster, this may not be the hike for you.

Meet at Wooly Mammoth Section BB at 7:00 am for a 7:15 am departure.
