Ascending Hikes – Pavilion Point via Argentine Central Railroad Grade

We will hike from the parking area just west of the Georgetown loop railroad to Pavillion Point on the Argentine Central Railroad Grade. This is an easy trip of approximately 5 miles RT.

The high temperature is predicted to be in the 70s plus we are on the north side of the mountain, and we will be in the shade so if you get cold easily bring proper clothes. Have rain gear.

Meet at Wooley Mammoth Park and Ride section BB. We will leave at 7:00 AM so be there 10 minutes early. Thunderstorms are predicted to start at noon. Have your 10 essentials.
