A nice backpack trip through the James Peak Wilderness to a couple of high alpine lakes. On the second day there will be a day hike to/from the summit of James Peak (13,310 ft.)

The Ten Essentials appropriate for an adventure in the Colorado alpine.  Including, in no particular order, proper hiking boots or low top hiking shoes, sun protection, your navigation tool, a personal first aid kit, food, and minimum 2 liters of water. Layers, including rain jacket with hood (a year-round pack item). Any questions, please ask.
