Sleds are not recommended due to the lack of snow on the trail.
Bring snowshoes, poles, and shovels
Due to the wet loose snow quality, snow saws will not be useful and it’s unlikely snow shelters for sleeping overnight will be feasible
Chip's group is going there too. We anticipate there will be enough space at the trailhead and in the camping areas for two groups.
Bear bagging will be recommended for food that is not kept as an overnight snack in your tent.
