Basic Snowshoe – Pavilion Point via Argentine Central Railroad Grade

Hike the railroad grade, top to bottom. We'll drop some cars at the bottom, drive part way up Guanella Pass, and hike up to the grade, then follow it down to Silver Plume.

Car shuttle. We'll drop cars at Silver Plume, drive up and hike up towards Waldorf part way, catch the old RR grade, and follow it down past Pavilion Point to town.   Expect views of the front range, Georgetown, and Silver Plume.

Meet at wooly mammoth west end for an 8:00 departure.
