Basic Snowshoe – Chicago Lakes

ALL PARTICIPANTS will be expected to take their turn breaking trail (2 inch indent in the snow does not count). I expect that we will need snow shoes in places.  Anyone hoping to go up to the upper lake - must have microspikes available, just in case.

Please make the leader aware if you need a clothing adjustment or snack break as all breaks WILL BE taken as a group to avoid multiple delays. Please dress appropriately so that you will be relatively comfortable until group stops are made for clothing adjustments. ANY MEDICAL conditions that you may have which impact the group, please discuss with the leader prior to the day of the hike/ snowshoe.  Should you need to cancel your spot on this trip, please contact the leader by txt or email.
