Basic Snowshoe – Geneva Park

This will be a nice little snowshoe trip on a trail that starts at Duck Lake Campground and will take us through areas of forest and small meadows.

The meeting spot for this trip will be: RTD US 285 & Twin Forks Park & Ride, 6164 US Hwy 285 which is 5 miles from west from the bridge we use to go to the old area of The Fort, Morrison, CO 80465. If you need more information, contact me to get a map. Meeting time is 7:30.

Make sure you bring your snowshoes and maybe micro spikes. It's winter (Valentine's Day and Ash Wednesday), so bring warm clothes, good gloves, snacks, lunch/at the totem pole, water or tea and something to keep your feet warm.
