A mountain bike (or other) with tires appropriate for dirt & gravel riding. E-bikes are fine - as long as they are no more than "Class One" (meaning that pedal-assist is okay, but no throttle for added speed).
Also Required: Biking Helmet, Sunglasses / Eye Protection, Riding gloves, 1 qt of water (minimum), electrolyte mix to add to water if have, high energy snacks, small 1st aid kit (primarily for wound care - i.e. bandaids, dressing, bandage, small soap or antiseptic wipes).
If have, also bring: Tire/Tube Repair Kit, Air Pump, Bike Multi-tool, a spare inner tube (tubeless tires with fresh sealant also recommended due to possible goat's-head weeds alongside trail.)
