Bike – South Valley Park
95% smooth double-track and flowy singletrack this 10-mile loop trail provides a very enjoyable mountain/gravel bike ride through beautiful Red Rock formations and wide-open views. It is described on MtnBikeProject as "a great beginner-to-intermediate loop for fun or cross country training". This ride is primarily geared towards folks over 50 who prefer a less aggressive, but moderate & steady, pace on non-technical singletrack.

Please Note: the singletrack is narrow and there is one short technical section that will require pushing our bikes up over a rocky section (about 3-4 min).
Assess your physical/aerobic conditioning for climbing 1000 ft of elevation gain, over 10 miles, moving at a steady moderate pace. But... enjoying the ride is ultimately more important than speed:) Estimated time to complete: 2 hours.

I must admit to getting sweaty palms watching how fast they were going. It's a bit frenetic, but shows the trails well. Recommend watching it in slow motion:)
