This camping trip is a social event sprinkled with hikes, canoes, potluck and tons of fun. We have reserved a small number of campsites at Turquoise Lake near each other and we organize dinner potlucks, hikes, and a trip to Leadville for a pizza dinner. All participants must be members of RMOTHG as of April 1, 2025 to participate.
This is a camping trip for RMOTHG members only. All participants must be members of RMOTHG by April 1, 2025.
Initial sign up is conducted by a lottery process. After the lottery, members are welcome to join the waitlist in the event spots open up.
Arrival at the campsite is 2pm on Monday and checkout is noon on Thursday. ParParticipants will be notified of the trip details via email.

Required Equipment
Those camping are responsible for their own shelter (tent or RV), potluck dish to share with other campers, hiking gear including the 10 essentials, and other recreational equipment you'd like to bring on the trip.
There is no water available at our campground this year, so you need to bring with you all the water you will need for the 3 days.
