Climb – Lake City Ice Park
I have secured a house that will sleep 10+ people in Lake City. This trip is for those wishing to stay the weekend in the house. We can meet up with others on the ice wall. This weekend is ICE FEST. There will be ice comps for the regular "Joe's" out there. I'll plan to compete, you should consider it as well.

Plan for a group dinner Saturday night. Games and music may be included in the festivities.
Group breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday mornings would be nice if folks want to sign up for this (not having to bring food for dinner).
Lunches are individual.
Availability of sleeping rooms, there is currently available:
- 1 king bed (ideal for a two people who are willing to share a bed)
- 1 double bed (female room)
- 1 twin bed (male room)
There is a fee to stay in the house that will be collected upon registration to hold the spot. $120 per person (discount may be applied if sharing a bed).
Everyone will be on their own to get to the Lake City. I will assist with carpooling for those who wish to share.
We will determine who needs to drive to the ice park each day.
Arrival will be Friday night. Dinner on your own.
Saturday will be a full climb day.
Sunday most will climb until lunch then depart Lake City.
Required Equipment
Helmet, crampons, ice axes, harness, 70m ropes if you have them!
We need static ropes for anchors. Please let me know if you have some.
All of the safety equipment and a hot beverage for your enjoyment at the bottom of the ice wall.
