LCC is only allowing the use of active or passive assist belay devices only (think Grigri, Mammut Smart); no tubular devices anymore (ATC). Certification for Auto Belay, Top Rope Belay, Lead Climbing and Lead Climbing Belay will be required, and conducted, by LCC staff. Happy to climb whatever folks are certified to do.
