Check in with the Barr Camp caretakers.  Work days will be Sept 14 & 15. On the morning of Sept 16, hike 1 ½ mi’s back to Mountain View siding to catch the COG at approximately 11 AM for your ride back to Manitou Springs, either walk back to your vehicle at Dillon p/l or catch the free shuttle near the COG Station.

Thanking you for your help:  Besides the COG rides, the caretakers will feed you well (some special meals) for all B/L/D during your stay, and offer free drinks, snacks, showers, lodging (bunk) and protective clothing as needed.

Dean Waits will not be the leader, Chris will be.  Send a note to Chris Mattingly to get the full details of this task.  jamescmattingly@comcast.net

Please park at the Dillion Mobility Lot -at 134 Manitou Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829 - this lot is just east of the Hwy 24 and Manitou Ave interchange.  Ride the free shuttle to the Cog from this parking lot.
