Bill Couch Mountain has a lovely view of South Valley Park's cool rock formations and if it's sunny we should have a nice warm lunch spot!!!  We will hike the following trails:  Meadowlark - Plymouth Mtn (BUT, not to the summit) - Homesteader - Red Mesa Loop - Golden Eagle to Bill Couch Mountain.  On the way down we will hike down Golden Eagle - Red Mesa - Plymouth Creek - Meadowlark to the TH.
