Hiking – Crane Lake Hike

Loop hike on the Grand Mesa to Crane Lake starting from Flowing Park Reservoir. A moderate hike of eight miles with 600 feet elevation gain. We will pass a historic cowboy cabin and hope to see extensive wildflowers and valley views.

Starting at Flowing Park Reservoir, this hike will go through meadows to Crane Lake and historic cowboy cabin. We will then loop to Mesa Top trail back to Flowing Park Reservoir. Hope to see wildflowers and views from Mesa Top trail.

We will meet at the Double Tree on Horizon Drive, Grand Junction at 8:30 am to carpool to the trailhead. Contact trip leader for directions from Delta, CO.
