Hiking – Curecanti Creek Trail
The Curecanti Creek trail is located in the Curecanti National Recreation Area between Gunnison and Crawford, Colorado. The trail descends about 900 feet from the Pioneer Point Overlook to the shores of the Gunnison River and backwaters of the Morrow Point Reservoir.

Meet at 8:30am at the Gold's Gym parking lot at 1840 E Main St in Montrose. Drive east on highway 50 for about 37 miles. Turn left at highway 92. Drive 5.7 miles and park at the Pioneer Park Overlook on the left.
If driving from a location other than Montrose, meet at the Pioneer Park Overlook parking lot at 9:30am.
