Hiking – Golden Gate Canyon State Park - Horseshoe Trail to Frazer Meadow

RMOTHG The Horseshoe Trail follows the course of a small creek and is in partial shade. Frazer Meadow is our goal and lunch spot, where we'll hopefully see flowers.

We will hike Horseshoe Trail to Frazer Meadow, where we'll have lunch. The trail is a lollipop loop. 

We'll park at the Frazer Meadows TH parking lot on Crawford Gulch Rd., which is located .5 miles from Golden Gate Canyon Rd.  Optional visit to the GGCSP Visitor's Center after the hike.

Meet in the Coors Tek parking lot across from the CMC Bldg. at 7:50 a.m. for 8 a.m. sharp departure.  Carpooling is preferred as the TH parking lot is small. Toilets at TH.

Drivers must have state parks pass or purchase daily $10 pass at kiosk at park entrance.

RT driving distance is 28 miles and $10 per car, which is divided by the number of people in the car. Bring small bills.
