This is a 6.2-mile out-and-back trail near Winter Park, Colorado. The hike is above tree line for the majority of the route, so bring your sunscreen and your camera for the amazing views. Trip duration should be around 4 hrs with short breaks along the way and at the summit (wrapping up around 12pm)
Leashed and well behaved dogs are welcome.
Please bring the 10 essentials and your favorite hiking snacks.
This trip is open to CMC members only, who have signed the latest mountaineers waiver on the CMC website.

Trip will start at the U.S. Forest Service Warming Hut parking lot on top of Berthoud pass. Bathrooms are available (no running water). |
