Hiking – Little Wild Horse & Bell Canyon, San Rafael Swell, Utah
The Little Wild Horse / Bell Canyon Loop is a moderate hike of approximately 8 miles with a 787' elevation gain. It is located in Utah's San Rafael Swell where parts of it are a slot canyon that twists and turns through the sandstone. There will be some scrambling and slot canyons on the hike.

There will be some scrambling on sandstone as we hike through the slot canyon sections.

Please note that this trip is for those who will be camping at Green River State Park in Utah; however, I will need to register you. See Camp – Green River UT State Park camping/ San Rafael Swell hiking weekend — The Colorado Mountain Club (cmc.org). Let's plan on leaving the campground at 7:30am. It'll take about 1.5 hours to drive to the trailhead.
Required Equipment
Ten essentials. Bring at least 2 quarts of water. Wear good hiking shoes and consider bringing a different pair of shoes to wear after the hike.
