RMOTHG Mayhem Gulch /Juniper loop trail is a 5 mile heavily trafficked loop trial that features a waterfall and is rated a Moderate A. Bring snacks/lunch, rain gear, hiking poles, sturdy boots, sunscreen, plenty of water, and 10 essentials. Meet at the trailhead for Mayhem Gulch at 8:30 AM, which is 10 miles outside of Golden Hwy 6/ Clear Creek Canyon rd. Directions from rt 93 and Hwy 6/Clear Creek Canyon Rd, go west . Between mile marker 262.5 and 262 about 9.5 miles look for Mayhem Gulch parking lot on the right side of road as you are coming up to curve in road. You may have some road construction beforehand so allow little extra time to get to trailhead.
