This is a MODERATE hike, with limited human breaks.  Meant for exercise and site-seeing on the move...  (this is not a leisure hike)

Expect: uneven surfaces, scree, water; shade; sun; people; pets; dogs on leash (and others off leash); narrow trails; etc...

Meet (ready to hike) at 0730, by the trail head that starts from the Upper Gold Camp Road Parking Lot, (the Lot found past Helen Hunt Falls, on top of the North Cheyenne Mtn road).

10 Essentials: sun/shade/rain gear -- will go if raining (will cancel if any dangerous conditions exist); recommended: hiking poles

Dog-Friendly hike:  If bringing a dog, please ensure they can hike on a leash and are hiker/dog friendly.  Limited Water can be found along trail; and waterfall isn't for dogs to play around.  Please bring whatever your dog needs (i.e. water/snacks/booties), and poop bags (pack out).
