Let's enjoy the Plunge, hiker style! 5300' 17 mile descent, 1005' gain, hopefully some fall colors up top. Shuttle hire from the end at Palisade Rim trailhead to above the Wild Rose picnic area (70 minute drive). Leader permission required. Expect bikers on the trail.

Meet to leave at 6:30am at the Palisade Rim trailhead, riverside by the restrooms in Palisade for hiker shuttle pickup. Shuttle fee $27-40 per person, pay cash to the shuttle driver. Date may change if weather is uncooperative.
