Hiking – Highline Canal Christmas walk from Orchard Road

Headlight needed as we are walking in the dark. Microspikes might be beneficial.

We will meet at the Highline trail trailhead on Orchard Rd, .8 mile west of Holly on Orchard Rd at 5:00 pm.

We will follow the Highline Canal for 1.6 mi before turning right (south) on a straight trail connecting to Preserve Parkway N, then turn left (East).  We will stay on Preserve parkway N to its connection to Preserve Parkway S, then take a short trail back to the cars. We will hike about 4 miles.

We can extend it further if requested by going South on the Highline Canal. All are invited to attend.
