Join us on this wildflower walk with Barbara Fahey, founder of the Colorado Native Plant Master Program.  Have you ever wondered what tales the wildflowers have to tell?  Come celebrate spring and discover the names, lifestyles, friends and foes of our native spring bloomers.  This walk is open to all with no experience necessary.  No bikes are allowed on the Canyon Loop on Wednesdays!!!

We will stop frequently to be educated about different plants on this 1.5 mile out-and-back walk along the west side of the Canyon Loop Trail.  Please wear hiking boots as the sandy trail can be steep and slippery in a few sections.  We will begin our walk at 9:00AM and return to the trailhead by approximately 11:30AM.  Bring a lunch if you'd like to eat at the picnic shelter after the hike.

Jeanne will send a pre-hike email June 6th as well as coordinate carpool meeting places.
